The Associate Board of The Chicago Lighthouse represents a group of women from Chicago and the North Shore who have joined together to raise awareness about the services offered at The Chicago Lighthouse. Since 1986, the Associate Board has raised more than $2 million by hosting an annual House and Garden Walk on the North Shore, as well as through additional fundraising events throughout the year.
The Associate Board directs the majority of its contributions to the Birth-to-Three Early Intervention Program. This program provides home-based developmental therapy and family support to infants and toddlers with vision loss or multiple disabilities. The group also directs contributions to support the Low Vision Clinic and Seniors Program. In addition, the Associate Board hosts a winter coat drive to provide much-needed winter wear to Chicago Lighthouse clients.
Games Day will take place on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Northmoor Country Club in Highland Park.
The 31st Annual House and Garden Walk will take place on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at various homes throughout the North Shore.
