Lighthouse Hosts Final Informational Session on Groundbreaking ICVP Project

Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) received a grant from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), BRAIN Initiative to conduct an early feasibility study of an intracortical vision implant. In collaboration with The Chicago Lighthouse, IIT lead investigator Dr. Phil Troyk will be conducting a series of informational sessions to educate the public about the nature of the device and the project.

The final educational session of the series will be held at The Chicago Lighthouse on Thursday, February 28, 2019, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Beatrice C. Mayer Senior Center.
