Welcome to the Sandy & RickForsythe Center for Comprehensive Vision Care

Our comprehensive approach to low vision care integrates multidisciplinary services in optometry, occupational therapy, psychological counseling and clinical research. As a patient of the Forsythe Center, you enter our continuum of care by first consulting with a low vision rehabilitation optometrist who will evaluate your eyes and visual function to provide more information about your specific eye condition. He/she will then design an individualized rehabilitation plan with our team of low vision professionals that may include recommendations for vision devices, technology and/or supplementary Lighthouse services.
