In observance of Veterans Day this week, WGN-TV/Channel 9 profiled the Joining Forces Call Center at The Chicago Lighthouse, which assists Illinois Veterans and their families by providing critical information about housing, education, employment, health care and other services.  The segment aired several times on November 7 and 8, 2017.
