Rosa Carrillo

Chief Financial Officer

Rosa Carrillo joined The Chicago Lighthouse as Chief Financial Officer in November 2023, bringing more than 20 years of corporate and nonprofit experience to her role. As CFO, Rosa oversees all financial compliance, operations, and internal controls for a portfolio totaling over $40M in assets across more than 30 programs via The Chicago Lighthouse social services and social business enterprise affiliates.  Prior to joining The Lighthouse, Rosa was Associate Vice President and Controller at The Chicago Community Trust, where she supported oversight for more than $4 billion in assets. She also oversaw the organization’s financial reporting, gift processing, and investment accounting. Rosa’s previous work includes positions at Heartland Alliance Health,  Leeco Steel, and Deutsche Bank.

Rosa has a BS in Accounting for DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a 2023 Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow. She serves as Vice Chair on the board of Open Books. Rosa is an animal lover and enjoys reading.
