Senior Director, Contract Management Systems

As Senior Director of the Ability One group for The Chicago Lighthouse located at the U.S. Army Contracting Command in Rock Island, Char is responsible for managing and coordinating the operations of Contract Management Systems, including contract closeout actions and other post-award contract administrative services. The group comprises personnel who are blind, visually impaired, and disabled Veterans. With more than 40 years of government contracting experience, Char brings a wealth of knowledge to her position. She received her undergraduate education at Western Illinois University, Macomb, Il., and North Denver University, Longmont, CO. She received her Real Estate Broker’s License in Colorado in 1996 after retirement from federal service.
