Virtual Care Visits Offered During Illinois Shelter in Place Mandate

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Sandy and Rick Forsythe Center for Comprehensive Vision Care is currently closed in accordance with Illinois Stay at Home mandate through May 4th. In our efforts to continue to serve you during this time our optometry, occupational therapy, and psychological services are offering remote virtual care visits.

Our staff will assist in providing you with further direction. Please understand that the nature of virtual care differs from in person visits and may have a limited scope. Most health insurance companies are covering these services during the public health crisis.
