Michael Smith

A retired U.S. Navy officer, Michael currently serves in the UI Health Customer Service Call Center as a customer care agent helping to connect callers with the information they need. Michael joined The Lighthouse after attending a Veterans job fair in 2014. He has a strong interest in film and broadcasting and aspires to write a screenplay about this experiences as a Veteran. A Detroit native, Michael studied at San Jose City College in California.
