Natasha Broomfield is the Controller at The Chicago Lighthouse with over 25 years of experience in the Accounting and non-profit field. She joined the Lighthouse in 2012 and in her current position, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department and oversees a team of 4 accountants. She has held several different positions within the Accounting Department since she started her role in 2012 and is an accomplished financial leader with hands-on financial and operational experience with a proven record of establishing financial reports, processes, procedures, and internal controls that reduce costs, save processing time, and improve profitability & data accuracy.
