Kelli Sloan, LCSW
Kelli Sloan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging transitions. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2021 and is certified in Thanatology (CT), a specialization in grief and loss.
Her professional journey has included work in a neurology clinic, a therapeutic day school, private practice, and an eye clinic in Illinois. Kelli has supported people living with vision loss and various other disabilities, especially those newly diagnosed with life-changing conditions. Through both her professional knowledge and personal wisdom, as she is a person with low vision herself, Kelli brings empathy, understanding, and a deep respect for the resilience of those she serves. She has also volunteered her time with the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and PATH Crisis Center, providing critical support to individuals in crisis.
Kelli works with teens, adults, caregivers, and families, offering a safe space to process grief, adapt to change, and rediscover meaning after loss. She believes that healing starts with genuine connection and understanding, and she partners with her clients to help them move forward with confidence, hope, and purpose.
Outside of work, Kelli enjoys rooting for the Chicago Bears and Cubs, as well as spending time with family and friends
