Maureen Haller

Chief Advancement Officer

As Chief Advancement Officer, Maureen leads fundraising, marketing and communications for The Chicago Lighthouse, building awareness and increasing contributed revenue in support of the organization’s mission to serve the blind, visually impaired, disabled and Veteran communities with comprehensive vision care and support services.

Maureen has over 25 years of experience leading resource development and marketing to drive growth and mission impact for organizations. During her career, she has been responsible for the strategic advancement of all areas of fund development, including multi-channel direct response fundraising, annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, events, corporate development and stewardship, as well as advancing organizational brand and marketing. Maureen has dedicated her career to raising funds and creating awareness for organizations, including serving for more than 20 years in executive leadership roles with Easterseals, an organization dedicated to providing services for people with disabilities or special needs and their families to live, learn, work and play their communities.

Maureen has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Michigan State University and is returning to Chicago and her Midwest roots after living and working in the Pacific Northwest.
