With 25 years of experience in call center operations and experience working with several Fortune 500 companies, Kathy is an industry leader in operational call center implementation. Kathy oversees the administration and vendor integration of seven Chicago Lighthouse customer care centers and supervises more than 150 employees. She has successfully engineered the on-boarding process of multiple call centers concurrently and pioneered the first collaborative partnership between The Lighthouse and an interstate organization, fostering both job sustainability and social enterprise revenue.
