Join us for this important session to hear from an attorney with the Center for Disability & Elder Law as we learn why we should have a Power of Attorney &/or a Living Will Declaration. A Power of Attorney allows us to appoint a trusted individual to make health care &/or property decisions on our behalf when we are no longer able. A Living Will Declaration is more limited in scope than a Power of Attorney for Healthcare as it authorizes the withholding of medical treatments & procedures that would artificially delay the moment of our death. Knowledge is power!
Call Melissa at (847) 510-2060 to register for this important session!
