In July 2012, Chicago was designated an Age-Friendly City by the World Health Organization based on services, opportunities & accessibility that support people as they age. The services provided by Chicago’s Division of Senior Services are a large part of what makes Chicago a great place to live at every age. Join us to learn more about aging trends & services for older adults in Chicago. We’ll discuss how to access low or no cost services, participate in volunteer opportunities & take advantage of the variety of programs available to people aged 60+ & their families.
