In a distinguished career at The Lighthouse spanning 32 years, Greg has managed 14 different programs, including employment services and adult living skills. He is adept at grant writing as well as implementing and negotiating contracts at the city, state and federal levels. He also serves as The Lighthouse’s representative on a number of governmental and community boards and panels. Greg is legally blind, and a highly respected advocate and authority in the field of blindness and disability. His extensive volunteer work includes appointments as co-chair of the Chicago Workforce Investment Board and chair of the Statewide Rehabilitation Council. He also serves on the Mayor’s Task Force for Employment for People with Disabilities. Greg has a Bachelor of Arts from Southwestern Minnesota State University and a Master of Arts from Southern Illinois University.
