Michelle Lee MS, Mental Health Care Coordinator

Michelle brings over 17 years of diverse experience in the healthcare field to her role as a Mental Health Care Coordinator. With a bachelor’s degree in healthcare leadership and management and a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University in Chicago, Michelle is uniquely equipped to address the complex needs of individuals seeking mental health support. She is also a member of The American Counseling Association.

A proud native of southside Chicago, her extensive background in various roles related to direct patient care has endowed her with a deep understanding of the human psyche, enabling her to offer compassionate, empathetic and client-centered care.

In her role, Michelle focuses on creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. She believes that effective mental health care starts with a strong therapeutic alliance, as she helps navigate clients through access to mental health services that empower individuals on their own mental health journeys.

She believes that understanding everyone’s unique experiences and challenges is key to effective mental health support along with having a strong commitment to serving the community to reduce the stigma as an advocate for mental wellness.
