Vice President, Human Resources

Katherine joined The Chicago Lighthouse in 2017 and has served in various capacities on the HR team.  In her current role as Vice President, Human Resources, Katherine provides leadership in areas including employee benefits, occupational health and safety, HRIS, and compliance.  Katherine is working to build out the organization’s HR policies and processes as we continue to expand the reach of our mission and provide meaningful employment to those we serve in new locations nationwide.   Most recently, Katherine played a significant leadership role in implementing a 401K retirement plan benefit to improve savings opportunities and long-term financial security for all Lighthouse employees.  It is initiatives like these that Katherine will continue to execute as The Chicago Lighthouse strives to be recognized as a Best Place to Work.
