Michelle Fiocchi

Manager of Retail Operations and Rehabilitation Services

Michelle started working for The Chicago Lighthouse in 2015. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Dayton in May of 2014. She has previous experience in both clinical settings for over 8 years and in computer technologies for 3 years.  Michelle oversees the day to day operations of the Tools for Living retail store in both The Chicago Lighthouse city location and the Lighthouse North office in Glenview. She is available for assistive technology training within the store, evaluating the needs of clients and patients to provide the best technology solutions available to help them accomplish their vision goals. Michelle also helps manage operations within the Low Vision Clinic assisting with inventory, occupational therapy, and customer care.
