The Chicago Lighthouse (LIGHTHOUSE) warrants that your LIGHTHOUSE CLOCK will be free from defects in material for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. The warranty only extends to the original consumer purchaser and does not apply to damage from accident, misuse, normal wear, alteration, improper maintenance, or abuse.

Any warranty of merchantability, fitness or other warranty (whether express, implied or statutory) is limited in duration to three (3) years from the date of purchase. At it’s opinion, The Chicago Lighthouse will repair or replace a defective product free of charge. To obtain service under the warranty, the products must be mailed postage pre-paid to The Chicago Lighthouse, 1850 West Roosevelt Road, Chicago, Illinois 60608.

In no event shall The Chicago Lighthouse be liable for any consequential damages, losses or expenses. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.  The warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state.  Applicable in the USA only.
