Parents and families with children who are blind or visually impaired can get “connected” through our parent meetings and outings. Partnering with the Illinois Association for Parents of Children Who Are Blind or Visually Impaired (IPVI), a state affiliate chapter of NAPVI, The Lighthouse encourages participation to promote locating resources, finding support and mentors.
