CRIS Radio Studios at Chicago Lighthouse Available for Recording Demos

CRIS (Chicagoland Radio Information Service), a program of The Chicago Lighthouse, is making its broadcast studios available to colleges, high schools, broadcast schools and adult education programs.

"This is a great opportunity for broadcast, voice over and acting students of all ages to utilize our facilities for those all important recording demos," said Bonnie Barnes, program director at CRIS.  She added that it would also provide students with invaluable experience in voice over work.

There are a variety of recording packages available.  Included is a 3 Commercial Master for $200, which covers the services of an engineer; commercial scripts; music; SFX; post production and digital mastering; one CD master of the session and one CD of tracks.  There is also a 10 Commercial Master for $600; a 15 Commercial Master for $900; a 20 Commercial Master for $1,100 and a 25 Commercial Master that’s negotiable.
