Photo of Judy and Ray McCaskeyThis year we honor Judy and Ray McCaskey for their distinctive record of civic and philanthropic service to the Chicago community and beyond. Mrs. McCaskey has served on many civic committees and non-profit boards, including the Lighthouse Board of Directors.

Mr. McCaskey, the recently retired President and CEO, BlueCross and BlueShield of Illinois, has been an exemplary leader of civic engagement in the corporate world. Together, their lifetime of service has made Chicago a better place to live and work. Through their support of The Chicago Lighthouse, they have helped people who are blind or visually impaired “See What’s Possible.”
