Bob has a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Cardiac Rehabilitation. He is a 5th degree black belt in Hap Ki Do (Korean Royal Court Martial Art) and a Personal Trainer for 12 years. He is certified in Z-Health (level 5 R, I, S, T, and 9s Strength & Suppleness).
