To donate clothing and accessories to FLAIR, you must fill out an itemized donation form! You may drop off donations at:

• The Chicago Lighthouse, 1850 W. Roosevelt Rd, Chicago

• The Chicago Lighthouse North (Vision Rehabilitation Center), 222 Waukegan Road, Glenview

• Ellie Thompson & Co Studio, 8 S. Michigan Ave, Chicago 

Special pick up arrangements may also be made in the Chicagoland area by calling Special Events at 312-997-3679.

FLAIR accepts new and gently-used fine designer fashions, accessories and footwear. The items in our sale are pieces originally purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Barneys New York or the like. Donated clothing must be clean, free of stains and in good, sellable condition.

Tax deductions will be issued based on the donor's fair market value of their donation. By providing an itemized list with an estimated value, with your donation, the Lighthouse will issue an official acknowledgment for tax purposes. Please note that the IRS does require a professional appraisal for any contributions valued at $5000 or more.

Sorry, we do not accept the following:
•    Used lingerie, swimwear, hosiery
•    Clothing that is stained, well worn or defective, or older than 5 years of age.
•    Footwear (worn down, holes, scuffed)

Sorry, due to the large volume of donations we receive, we will not be able to honor any requests to return items donated in error.
