The Chicago Lighthouse North

The Chicago Lighthouse's Vision Rehabilitation Center in Glenview offers low vision rehabilitation, adaptive technology and legal services, as well as educational programs and recreational opportunities for children, adults and seniors.

For appointments at the Glenview location, if you have had an eye exam within the past twelve months, please have your Eye Doctor fill out this form and send it to us. However, if you have not had an eye exam for over 12 months, please call (847) 510-2052 to have one of our specialized optometrists conduct the appointment. Thank you!

Programs and Services:

• A state-of-the-art vision care clinic offering optometry, psychological counseling and occupational therapy services.

• A legal clinic providing pro bono legal assistance to people who are blind or visually impaired.

• A retail store offering the latest in adaptive technology services, including the new CDesk, an all-inclusive computer program for people who are blind, visually impaired or have cognitive disabilities.

• An array of enrichment programs for all ages including classes and events specifically for children and seniors.
